Bathed in the prog. of yesteryear, the Boston House scene has been through many difficult trials & tribulations. But like a phoenix, the house scene has been able to fall from the heights and rise from the ashes of the DEEP! And in that deep… you can find the Bassmint.
Founded by Carl Joachim & Chad Will, Bassmint Recordings, LLC. was created to harness the dirty, twisted, & unique soundz of Deep House found only in “the Beantown.” Here at Bassmint Recordings, we strive to bring you a palette of sounds that you have not heard before. “We just don’t want any house track. We want dirty, electro, funky, jazzy, yet sleazy house that peels the paint of off walls. Any label can feature mass quantities of tracks, but it will be the Bassmint that churns out the prime mint products.” Through the collaboration with local & international producers and DJs alike, we are raising the bar on the production value. We want to provide quality house music that leaves you needing more. It’s that sound that gives you that “lose it on the dance floor feel!”
